I hereby release insightful.vet, its officers, employees and agents, and any other people officially connected with this event, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, sickness or injury from whatever source, legal entanglements, imprisonment, death, or loss of money, which might occur while participating in this event. Specifically, I release insightful.vet from liability or responsibility for my physical condition and for the presence or actions of any other participants.
I hereby authorize insightful.vet and staff to publish photographs or video taken of me at the insightful.vet 2026 conference at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta in Atlanta, GA from November 12 to 14, 2026 for use in insightful.vet's print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other company publications.
I hereby release and hold harmless insightful.vet from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I will not receive financial compensation for photo usage. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
